Alliance Fire and Rescue

Alliance Fire and Rescue, Inc. uses a variety of fibers to create the highest quality knitted "sock" style hoods that provide the wearer with protection from flash fire hazards.

All AFR hoods are made from fire resistant, 2 ply knit fabrics and are certified to NFPA 1971-2007 standard for structural fire fighting. The flared neck design with the gusset provides the best combination of protection, comfort and mobility. The 2 ply construction also adds thermal insulation in cold weather conditions.
